Production Assemblers
Starting at $16.50 per hour
Day shift: 6 am to 2:30 pm
Swing shift: 2:30 pm to 11 pm


Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly and refurbishment of gaming products using established assembly techniques with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Follow detailed manufacturing process instructions and schematics to correctly assemble and configure components.
  • Assist in identifying and reporting assembly or configuration issues to senior team members or leaders.
  • Follow standard procedures to address basic deviations and support corrective actions as directed.
  • Safely operate hand and power tools during all stages of assembly.
  • Accurately record production steps and completion data using computerized systems.
  • Conduct basic functional and quality checks on assembled gaming machines to confirm proper operation.
  • Collaborate with more experienced assemblers and lead to learn and reinforcing best practices.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and adherence to established processes.

Qualifications
  • Foundational knowledge and hands-on experience with electronic or mechanical assembly; gaming machine experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to safely and properly use common hand and power tools.
  • Basic computer skills for following digital work instructions and entering production data.
  • Ability to understand and follow detailed manufacturing instructions.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work with guidance to meet production and quality expectations.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills for working with teammates and documenting work.
  • Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed to support production goals.
  • Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift during the shift.
  • Able to regularly lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to pass a security background investigation
