POSITION SUMMARY:
Ensure the highest level of resident and guest satisfaction by offering prompt, professional, courteous, and dedicated services. Actively contribute to the department to complete tasks, meet goals, or manage projects. Overall, this position is responsible for and dedicated to providing recognition, satisfaction, and value to the residents and their guests, while continuously improving efficiency, accuracy, productivity, and service standards.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes.
- Ensure the bar is stocked with appropriate inventory, garnishes, and supplies.
- Engage with residents and guests, providing recommendations and personalized service.
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area and equipment throughout the shift.
- Follow all safety and sanitation regulations, including proper handling of alcohol.
- Process payments and operate POS system accurately.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as directed by management.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Strong knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and bar tools.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and have proper certifications if required.
