Business Operations Intern (TPG – PMO)

The TPG PMO is seeking a Business Operations Intern to support cross-functional program execution across Engineering, Finance, and Product. This role will assist with initiative tracking, planning support, cost optimization visibility, and operational reporting to help ensure programs are delivered on time and aligned to business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Support PMO operations across Engineering, Finance, and Product teams

Assist with tracking strategic initiatives, epics, and milestones

Maintain dashboards, reporting artifacts, and status updates

Support quarterly planning and roadmap alignment activities

Help monitor cost optimization initiatives and budget tracking

Coordinate cross-functional follow-ups and document action items

Nice to Have

Exposure to SAFe, Agile, or structured delivery frameworks

Program or project management coursework or experience

Strong analytical or business background

Interest or coursework in Cybersecurity and/or AI
