Admissions Director

Sunnyvale Post-Acute is seeking a dedicated, energetic, and experienced Admissions Director to join our leadership team. In this role, you will manage the inquiry and admissions process, build relationships with local healthcare providers, and ensure a smooth transition for our residents.

Job Details

• Position: Admissions Director

• Status: Full-time

• Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 per year (depending on experience)

• Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete resident admissions process.

• Respond to inquiries quickly and professionally.

• Coordinate with hospitals, discharge planners, and physicians.

• Review clinical data to determine eligibility.

• Conduct tours for prospective residents and families.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Maintain accurate bed management and occupancy logs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of admissions experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care.

• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care insurances.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to build networks with local hospitals.

• Highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
