About the role:

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Business Development Coordinator to help scale Bolt Graphics’ business development and sales organization. You’ll help build the operational foundation behind customer onboarding, strategic partnerships, distributor expansion, and revenue growth. You’ll coordinate customer and partner onboarding, support recruiting for the growing business development and sales team, manage cross-functional business development initiatives, and provide executive support.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, finding creative solutions, improving processes, and working with multiple teams in a fast-paced and collaborative startup culture. As Bolt continues rapid growth, this position is designed to also grow and evolve into a Business Development Operations Manager role with increasing ownership of business development operations and sales systems.


What you'll do:

  • Coordinate onboarding for customers and partners
  • Ensure customer commitments, follow-ups, and action items are completed on schedule
  • Capture meeting notes
  • Help build scalable customer onboarding and distributor enablement processes
  • Provide high-impact executive support that enables the Director of Business Development to maximize time spent with customers and partners
  • Manage team calendar
  • Organize domestic and international travel
  • Research customers, prospects, and partners to prepare executive briefing materials
  • Coordinate projects across Business Development, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and Leadership
  • Maintain business development documentation, playbooks, and knowledge repositories in Confluence
  • Track sales pipeline metrics, business development KPIs, forecasting support, and reporting
  • Coordinate recruiting activities like scheduling interviews and coordinating onboarding of new hires for the sales team
  • Prepare meeting agendas and executive briefing materials.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant, administrative operation, business coordination, sale coordination, recruiting coordination or similar support role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and comfortable with changing deadlines
  • High attention to detail and excellent follow-through
  • Deep knowledge of CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) for tracking customer notes and follow ups
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft (PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)
  • Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong judgment, professionalism, and discretion


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting business development, sales operations, recruiting, or executive leadership
  • Previous experience working at a hardware company


Remote or hybrid with ideal candidates located in either the Bay Area or Minneapolis/St. Paul Minnesota. Travel is required 6-8 times a year for major conferences and team meet ups.

Compensation Range: Minneapolis, MN: $75,000 – 95,000, California: $95,000-$120,000. This range represents the anticipated base pay for this role based on California/Minnesota standards; the final offer may vary based on qualifications, experience, and location.
