Location: Sunnyvale Post Acute
Schedule: Full‑Time, NOC SHIFT
Compensation: Starting $23-26 per hour
Status: Full-Time + Full Benefits

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable, caring, and energetic Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support residents with daily living activities, promote their comfort and safety, and work closely with our nursing staff to ensure exceptional care.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding

  • Provide mobility assistance and help residents transfer safely

  • Take and record vital signs

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment

  • Report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff

  • Support residents with dignity, respect, and compassion

  • Follow facility policies, procedures, and care standards

Qualifications

  • Active California CNA certification

  • Current CPR certification (preferred)

  • Ability to work cooperatively with residents, families, and staff

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Compassionate and dependable work ethic
