We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Director of Robotics Product Operations to lead our team in developing and delivering world-class robotics products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in robotics, product development, and operations management, with a proven track record of driving innovation, efficiency, and quality.

Responsibilities

Leadership: Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and operations professionals to design, develop, and deliver robotics products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, develop product roadmaps, and ensure successful product launches.
Operations Management: Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes, manage supply chain logistics, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality standards, conduct regular audits, and implement corrective actions to ensure high-quality products.
Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
Strategy: Develop and execute long-term strategies for robotics product operations, aligning with company goals and objectives.
Budgeting: Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to ensure effective use of resources.
Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree or Ph.D. preferred
10+ years of experience in robotics, product development, or operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of robotics, mechatronics, and automation technologies
Experience with product development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
Ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and implement changes
Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation

Preferred Qualifications

Six Sigma certification (Black Belt or Master Black Belt) preferred
Certifications in robotics, such as Certified Robotics Engineer (CRE) or Certified Robotics Technician (CRT)
Experience in industries such as aerospace, automotive, or healthcare

$245,000/year to $309,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
