This leader shapes how global DC programs are prioritized, measured, and communicated, influencing stakeholders across regions and stepping in to lead execution when critical initiatives require additional direction. The candidate can demonstrate how to synthesize operational performance trends, risks & opportunities into clear priorities and strategic recommendation to define and steer high-impact, cross-regional programs aligned to DC strategy, scalability, and operational excellence. The role will own leadership narratives, translating cross-regional work into clear insights that drive decision making and strategy.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field 7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or large-scale program management environments, preferably in high-tech or global operations Proven experience in process improvement, Lean methodologies, and Kaizen events. Expertise and deep proficiency in tableaux and SQL data analytics
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Administration Experience in global or multi-region operational networks Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) partners Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in logistics, supply chain, or large-scale operations environments Project management professional (PMP) Essential for coordinating complex technical deployments and international hub operations Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) with proven expertise in end-to-end global supply chain activities Experience shaping leadership discussions and preparing executive-level communications that synthesize complex topics into clear insights, risks, and decisions Proven ability to bring structure to ambiguous or fast-moving environments and translate loosely defined goals into clear plans, frameworks, and outcomes Ability to build strong partnerships across functions and regions, operating effectively in highly collaborative environments Deep understanding of distribution center operations and global supply chain environments Ability to balance strategic objectives such as speed, cost, scalability, and operational efficiency when setting priorities Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to connect operational details to broader business impact
