Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Optics, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2 years of experience working with fiber optical components and packaging techniques.
Preferred qualifications:
- PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Optics, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience with digital coherent optical transmission systems.
- Proficiency in digital signal processing, high-speed optoelectronic circuit simulation or system modeling.
- Knowledge of large volume high-speed optical transceiver designs and manufacturing.
- Knowledge of high speed design of electronics and optics.

- Design low-cost and high-speed optical transceivers for ICI communication links.

- Identify, research, evaluate emerging photonic networking technologies.
