Responsibilities
- Working independently in Siemens Teamcenter PLM you will:
- Manage and organize complex PLM projects and priorities, solve problems that impact release progress and provide detailed information to cross-functional teams
- Support Reality Labs product projects from pre-concept through end of service
- Create and release Bills of Material based on input from Engineering, Project Management and Manufacturing to support NPI and production product releases
- ā Create and manage Service BOMs, Accessories and localized products
- ā Create and release manufacturers, manufacturer and vendor parts and internal part numbers in the PLM system
- ā Collaborate with internal and external teams to collect data, drawings, and specifications from multiple data sources
- ā Initiate and manage ECOs, MCOs, Deviations and Stop Ships
- ā Communicate Engineering BOM and data requirements between Supply Chain and Production to facilitate material planning, order fulfillment, logistics and service requirements
- ā Contribute to broader PLM organizational goals, including tool and process improvements
- ā End user support and problem resolution
- ā Identify opportunities to apply AI to PLM processes such as BOM validation, part number creation and classification, ECO routing, and data reconciliation
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience
- ā 6+ years of related experience in a high-tech, fast-paced, consumer electronics environment managing Engineering design/documentation releases
- ā Hands-on experience creating items and changes in a PLM system for part and product releases
- ā Experience with Mechanical CAD, ECAD and ERP systems
- ā Experience using AI-based tools (e.g., AI assistants, chatbots, or AI Agents) to improve productivity and data accuracy
- ā Track record of identifying and implementing AI-driven process improvements that measurably reduced cycle time or error rates
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Siemens Color BOM
- Familiarity with Siemens Service Module
- Experience in Teamcenter PLM with the Material Substance Compliance Module
$123,000/year to $179,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
