proposals and reports for public-sector and corporate partners

•Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate deliverables and communications between Sunnyvale

HQ, our regional Korea offices, and partner organizations to ensure global alignment.

B) Business Development & Pipeline Discipline

•Operational Powerhouse: Support the BD pipeline by managing senior leadership’s

scheduling, ensuring timely follow-ups, and tracking partner meeting outcomes.

•Accountability Tracking: Maintain active task tracking for ongoing BD and partnership

responsibilities using Rocketlane and Salesforce.
•CRM Management: Ensure all records, client correspondence, and project milestones

are accurately documented in Salesforce to maintain data integrity.

C) Operations & Logistics Coordination

•Delegation Management: Lead the logistical planning for visiting Korean delegations,

including meeting calendars, site visits, and high-profile event schedules.

•Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with PNP’s Ventures, Events, and Marketing

teams to ensure Korean startups are fully integrated into the Silicon Valley ecosystem.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

concurrent BD and program tasks with minimal supervision.

partners in Korea.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
