Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience with database language and data visualization tools (e.g., SQL and Tableau) in a supply chain environment.
- Experience with product data management or product life-cycle management (e.g., agile, windchill, teamcenter).
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering with emphasis in Product Data Management, Product Lifecycle Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in supply chain management with an emphasis on product data management or master data management incorporating analytics.

Enterprise Data Governance plays a critical role in our technical infrastructure supply chain operations.
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for enterprise data and a product data governance team, as well as the analytics and reporting tools to support our data governance framework. This role will require cross-functional leadership to translate strategic initiatives into requirements, analysis, execution and drive process improvements in our supply chain. You will deliver a governance model and enterprise data quality solutions to enable operational excellence and trust in our data. You will provide cross-functional expertise for business processes related to master and transaction data. You will measure and improve master data quality across the enterprise at the source of truth. To facilitate the governance boards focused on master data within TI and across Google to control changes and support operational excellence.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain our reporting and metric solutions by collecting feedback, managing requirement gathering, and subsequent change management activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional supply chain domains and business groups to identify pain points and root cause to identify data related issues. Identify business rules to improve data quality.
- Define and execute roll-out plans of solutions (e.g., training, user guides, user support, testing).
- Work closely with partner teams to understand their needs, ensuring BI solutions are an excellent fit for their evolving needs and help develop their related skills and capabilities.
- Work with engineering partners to shape and drive development of Google’s infrastructure including data warehousing and data analytics platforms.
