Job Overview
Sunnyvale Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position. You will provide high-quality care to our residents in a supportive, fast-paced post-acute environment.
- Compensation: $50.00 – $54.00 per hour
- Job Type: Full-Time AM SHIFT

Key Responsibilities
- Assess resident health conditions and create individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately.
- Monitor patient vitals and track medical histories.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and families.
- Supervise Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
- Experience in post-acute, skilled nursing, or long-term care preferred.
