Description


The Experience Designer crafts the connective tissue between the customer and Apple’s products across its digital ecosystem. Working closely with creative and technical partners, they define journeys, interactions, and design systems that bring clarity and delight to every touchpoint. They have equal parts strategic curiosity and craft excellence, to make the complex feel simple.

Minimum Qualifications


At least 7 years of experience in digital product, service, experience design or a similar field. Demonstrated strength in both experience strategy and design execution, supported by a portfolio of thoughtful, high-impact work. Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications


Expertise in planning and synthesizing user research to uncover insights and opportunities, and translating them into actionable frameworks and design direction. Experience planning and facilitating workshops to gain alignment, uncover insights, and drive clarity across creative and business teams. Strong experience developing end-to-end customer journeys and defining product or platform visions. Deep understanding of content strategy, system design, usability, analytics, and information architecture, with the ability to connect customer insights to business goals. Exceptional ability to articulate complex UX concepts and design rationale clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels. Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to produce highly refined and annotated wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
