About the Internship

The Summer 2026 Logistics Internship offers hands-on experience within our Sunnyvale distribution and operations hub. This role will support the Logistics team, specifically partnering with Inventory Control and Supply Chain team members on operational and analytical initiatives.

This internship is designed to provide exposure to real-time warehouse operations, inventory systems, and supply chain coordination in a fast-paced environment. Interns will work on defined projects with clear deliverables and present their findings to leadership at the end of the program.

What You’ll Do

As a Logistics Intern, you will contribute to projects that enhance inventory accuracy, receiving operations, and supply chain visibility. Responsibilities may include:

  • Assist with inventory tracking, reconciliation, and cycle count analysis to support inventory accuracy
  • Support receiving operations by reviewing workflows and identifying process improvement opportunities
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, discrepancies, or capacity constraints
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain Planning, and Finance to support coordinated execution
  • Help document and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve consistency and scalability
  • Build basic reporting in Excel or similar tools to track key logistics metrics
  • Provide project updates and a final presentation summarizing insights and recommendations

This role will provide exposure to warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory reporting tools while developing foundational supply chain knowledge.

What You Bring

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Operations, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working in Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas, data organization)
  • Interest in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply planning
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Availability to work on-site in Sunnyvale, TX five days per week from June 1 – August 7, 2026

Preferred

  • Prior internship, coursework, or project experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations
  • Exposure to ERP or warehouse management systems through coursework or prior work
  • Experience working in a team-based or operational setting
