What you'll do...
- Define and drive the product vision and strategy for complex product families by leveraging market insights and competitive assessments.
- Develop a deep understanding of customers and business needs through design thinking, journey mapping, and data analysis to identify and prioritize key opportunities and challenges.
- Create and manage product roadmaps, balancing technical architecture, risks, and stakeholder requirements to ensure successful delivery and scalability.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration and influence teams without direct authority to align on goals, priorities, and execution plans.
- Mentor and guide product managers to strengthen product discovery, customer centricity, and execution excellence.
- Leverage data, analytics, and AI-driven insights to inform decisions, validate hypotheses, and optimize product outcomes.
- Proven experience managing complex products or product portfolios with a high degree of ownership, autonomy, and strategic accountability.
- Strong expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, and end-to-end product lifecycle management using data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to conduct competitive assessments, identify market opportunities, and translate insights into product strategy.
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration, aligning product goals with broader business objectives.
- Expertise in leveraging customer insights, journey mapping, and design thinking methodologies to solve complex customer and business problems.
- Experience mentoring product managers and influencing teams without direct authority.
- Strong technical acumen, including an understanding of system architecture, platform capabilities, and emerging technologies.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
