Minimum Qualifications


BS and a minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience. Strong Experience with Python, Matlab, Perl, Javascript, C/C++, or C#. Experience with automation infrastructure development (traceability, repeatability) and related tools (GIT, CI, database, reporting tools).

Preferred Qualifications


Solid understanding of wireless networking principles, protocols, and standards, particularly WiFi6/7 (802.11ax/be). LTE/WCDMA/GSM, or 802.11ad/ay may be acceptable. Proven experience in software architecture, with a focus on regression automation frameworks for wireless hardware is a big plus Hands-on experience with WiFi testing tools and equipment, such as traffic generators, spectrum analyzers, and packet sniffers. Experience developing test automation including equipment drivers, debug tools, automation scripts, database interfaces, and reporting tools. Experience in designing firmware-based algorithms involving MAC-PHY interactions and SW based PHY configurations and implement codes in Python and in firmware. Advanced degree preferred; MSEE or PhD.
