  • Use Pareto analysis and other prioritization techniques to identify and rank improvements for validation products.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps and success metrics for behavior validation tools.

  • Prototype technical improvements using Python and related technologies to accelerate feature development.

  • Ensure that validation products are scalable, reliable, and aligned with AV launch and release decision processes.

Your Skills & Abilities

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

  • 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, software product development, or technical program management.

  • Strong ability to bridge technical and product domains, translating stakeholder needs into actionable solutions.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work across diverse teams.

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge

  • Experience managing complex validation or analytics products in safety-critical domains.

  • Familiarity with autonomous vehicle development, ADAS systems, or robotics.

  • Strong background in data visualization and reporting tools for communicating priorities and progress.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment and deliver impactful product improvements.

  • Experience with simulation environments and validation frameworks.
