You will operate across business, product, engineering, and data science teams to drive alignment, ensure technical rigor, and deliver measurable customer and business impact.

This role requires both strategic influence and deep technical engagement. You will guide architecture discussions, evaluate trade-offs in distributed systems, data platforms, and AI/ML capabilities, and ensure scalable, secure, and privacy-compliant solutions. As a senior member of the Tech Programs leadership team, you will elevate program management standards, mentor TPMs, and establish durable operating mechanisms that enable execution across a highly matrixed organization.

What you'll do...

  • Own strategy, planning, and execution for enterprise CDI programs with broad cross-functional impact.
  • Partner with engineering and product leadership to influence long-term architecture and platform roadmaps.
  • Drive executive-level program reviews with clear articulation of risks, trade-offs, and measurable outcomes.
  • Implement metrics-driven program management using OKRs, KPIs, and SLOs.
  • Identify and mitigate cross-team dependencies and risks across a highly matrixed environment.
  • Establish scalable operating rhythms and governance models that improve execution quality and adoption.
  • Stay current on advancements in digital identity, AI/ML, and data platforms, integrating relevant innovations into CDI strategy.

What you'll bring...

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering, or related leadership roles, including enterprise-scale initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive alignment across large organizations.
  • Deep understanding of distributed architectures, customer data platforms, AI/ML systems, and privacy-by-design principles.
  • Experience scaling identity, analytics, or customer data ecosystems is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of mentoring TPMs and advancing the craft.

Preferred Qualifications...

  • Experience thriving in highly ambiguous, large-scale technical environments, with a proven ability to bring clarity to complex system and organizational challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives while partnering deeply with engineering teams on architecture, scalability, and data design decisions.
  • Proven track record of leading delivery of large, customer-facing platforms built on distributed systems, high-volume data pipelines, or AI/ML ecosystems.
  • Strong technical judgment, including experience evaluating architectural alternatives and guiding long-term platform evolution.
  • Ability to build trust across teams, drive alignment across competing priorities, and create sustained execution momentum.
  • Knowledge of privacy, compliance, and governance requirements, with experience embedding these considerations into technical solutions by design.
