Key Responsibilities

Plan, build, and operate the company’s global social media matrix, driving user, traffic, and brand growth through coordinated multi-platform and multi-account strategies.

Develop and execute UGC-driven growth strategies across multiple accounts to grow audience engagement, organic reach, and conversion.

Use data and performance insights to optimize account positioning, content strategies, channel mix, and matrix coordination.

Report to and work directly with the CMO to plan and execute brand campaigns, special growth projects, and other marketing initiatives.

Support the planning and execution of offline events, including concept development, resource coordination, on-site execution, and post-event promotion.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, providing regular updates on social media operations, campaigns, offline events, and results.

Qualifications

Currently based in Silicon Valley and available for full-time employment.

Native or near-native English proficiency with a strong understanding of the U.S. market.

Proven success and experience in driving measurable growth through UGC and multi-platform, multi-account social media operations.

Experience executing marketing campaigns or offline events and collaborating effectively with the CMO.

Strong project execution and cross-functional collaboration skills.
