Synergy companies help to provide no-cost energy-saving programs to applicants of the local public utilities. We are looking for a new  Energy Specialist/Marketer  to join our San Leandro team. 



We are a sub contractor for central California's local natural gas, electrical, and water utility companies. We have teamed up with these utility companies. We have teamed up with these utilities to provide their customers with measures / items that we install to reduce the home's electricity, water, and natural gas usage.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct door-to-door sales presentation to potential customers
  • Introduce and explain products or services offered by the company
  • Engage in persuasive selling techniques to close sales 
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquires and concerns
  • Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies
  • Continuously educate oneself about the company's products/services and industry trends

Qualifications:

  • Ability to look presentable and speak clearly (Bilingual is Spanish a plus)
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Client management experience recommended
  • Basic computer and Ipad skills required
  • Pass drug and background screening

Compensation:

  • Paid training first few weeks
  • The first year's earning potential ranges, varying based on performance with uncapped commissions. With a wide range of products and services, cross selling to previous customers can naturally increase your annualized income.
