Synergy Companies is a full service Energy management contractor specializing in residential and small commercial energy upgrade products and services.

Responsibilities:

Repair major and minor issues on residential dwellings
Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
Replace showerheads
Maintain a clean and safe workspace
Perform other duties, as assigned
Perform minor HVAC duct repair and use duct leakage testing equipment
Perform blower door testing for shell leakage
Minor electrical repairs, fan installation

Qualifications:

Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to handle physical workload
Wx Certified (Bonus)
NGAT Certification (Bonus)
Detail oriented with paperwork
