Maintenance Technician Hourly PT

Job DetailsJob Location: Las Vegas, NV 89156Salary Range: $15.00 - $16.00 HourlyWe are currently looking for a Part Time Maintenance Technician for a mobile home park in the Las Vegas area.  Maintenance Technicians perform a variety of general maintenance tasks that require strong troubleshooting skills and proficient knowledge of: Building and facility maintenance. Plumbing and electrical systems. Submeter utility systems and meter reading (gas, electric and water). Groundskeeping and landscape. Swimming pool maintenance. General carpentry. QualificationsDesired skills and experience: Skilled in operating various hand tools, landscaping equipment, general maintenance equipment, and safety equipment. Able to work independently as well as part of a team. Available to respond to occasional urgent maintenance issues outside of normal business hours. 1 year of general maintenance experience (property management experience a plus)  COMPENSATION: A comprehensive benefits package after successful completion of an introductory period  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily.
