About the Role
We're looking for an Shirt Presser to join our team. This role focuses on pressing dress shirts to a professional finish, with hands-on work on shirt's collars and cuffs, and experience with double buck shirt machine. If you take pride in crisp, wrinkle-free results and have solid experience on commercial pressing equipment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Press dress shirts using collar and cuff machine, and double buck (body) presses to produce a clean, professional finish
- Inspect garments before and after pressing to catch stains, damage, or missed spots
- Maintain a steady, efficient pace to keep up with daily production volume
- Fold and or prepare finished shirts for packaging or hanging per company standards
- Keep equipment clean and report any mechanical issues promptly
- Follow safety procedures around steam presses and hot equipment
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience operating a collar and cuff press and a double buck press (required)
- Experience in a dry cleaning, laundry, or garment finishing environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistent quality standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced production setting
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
