Construction Project Superintendent

The Mc Gowan Builders, Inc Superintendent is responsible to plan, organize, direct and control the building aspects of each project in order to meet budget, quality, time and safety objectives including but not limited to;

• Permit document administration & control
• Complete review & understanding of subcontractors scope of work
• Identify long lead items that need to be monitored
• Coordinate safety meetings & overall project safety
• Site layout & control of bench marks
• Control project access & traffic
• Quality control & house keeping
• Complete schedule updates, daily field reports & 2-week look ahead schedules
• Maintain "As Built" drawings for final submittal
• Coordinate and schedule project inspections
• Coordinate, schedule & maintain records of all project testing & certificates
• Final inspection & proper close-out documentation
