This position provides clerical support and assistance to the Kinship program staff. Answer all phone calls, assist clients who need referrals and/or resources to the various Prevention Program services. Supports daily activities of the program: correspondence, faxing, gather incoming and outgoing mail, and prioritize task assignments from staff, Supervisors, and Director. Manages program-filing system which includes archiving, assistance with auditing and weekly maintenance of file room. Serves as a member of the KID support team by providing relief to the main switchboard and front desk when needed. Other duties as assigned.

Skills/Requirements
- Must have a High-School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two (2) years administrative/ secretarial experience.
- Must be able to work flexible hours (might include weekends to meet the needs of the program.)
- Administrative/secretarial coursework preferred. Must be computer literate in Microsoft Word.
- Must have a Valid Florida Driver's License with full-time access to a reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage (proof of insurance is required.)
