The Staff Pad has partnered with a premier warehousing and logistics organization and we are looking to hire a Fine Art Handler Coordinator for their Miami / Fort Lauderdale location.

In this role you are required to offer professional, courteous, and efficient support to clients, vendors, and employees while assisting with client account management and service delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Manage small projects from quote to billing and support larger projects as needed
  • Coordinate small-parcel interstate FedEx shipments and support packing operations
  • Support Account Managers with client files, purchase orders, documentation, and invoicing
  • Collaborate with Operations, Dispatch, and Packing teams to meet client expectations
  • Provide professional communication and administrative support
  • Support senior leadership with administrative and operational needs
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company and safety policies

What We Are Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Art, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in logistics, fine art, or interior design environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with warehouse or logistics software (Moveware/Studio) preferred (training provided)
  • 3–5 years of logistics, warehousing, art handling, or packing experience preferred
