Requirements
- Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction
- Knowledge and skills in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools
- Constant need to be on feet and to perform physical activities such as climbing stairs and ladders, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and customer service-oriented environment
Responsibilities
- Cleaning the office, clubhouse, and restrooms daily
- Cleaning and maintaining the laundry facilities as well as model apartments daily
- Preparing vacant apartments for new resident move-in
- Performs additional duties requested by the Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager

Work Days: Thursday – Monday, off Tuesday and Wednesday, 3 times per month; Monday - Friday 1 week per month
Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Sun 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm, Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm; 3 weekends per month.
Our application process includes criminal background checks and drug screens.
