We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team at a high-rise condominium community. The ideal candidate will have experience maintaining residential or commercial buildings and possess a strong working knowledge of building systems, preventative maintenance, and general repairs. This position plays a key role in ensuring the property remains safe, clean, and well-maintained while providing exceptional service to residents.

Essential Responsibilities:

Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs throughout the property.
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, and carpentry issues.
Respond promptly to maintenance work orders and resident service requests.
Inspect and maintain common areas, including hallways, elevators, fitness center, clubhouse, pool areas, parking garage, and mechanical rooms.
Perform painting, drywall repairs, caulking, pressure washing, and other general maintenance tasks.
Replace light fixtures, bulbs, ceiling tiles, filters, and other building components as needed.
Assist with maintaining HVAC equipment, pumps, boilers, and other mechanical systems.
Monitor building systems and report any operational or safety concerns to management.
Assist with vendor access and oversee contractors performing work on the property.
Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies.
Participate in emergency response procedures, including hurricane preparedness and after-hours emergencies when required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Full-time weekdays flexible schedule (days) may include a weekend rotation every 4 weeks Saturday and Sunday morning 8am-4:30p

Pay Rate: $20.50-$21
