Overview
This position is responsible for helping to accomplish the goals and objectives of the location while having fun and creating the best experience for our customers. They will support the stock team through daily tasks and ensure the store’s assets are maintained, inventoried, and recorded along with stocking and merchandizing the store and storage facilities to company standards.Â
What You'll Do

- Master all daily store stockroom tasksÂ
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized stockroom and offsite facilityÂ
- Receive product in a timely manner by opening, unpacking, checking packing list against items received and recording merchandise in stock control systemsÂ
- Assist in transporting merchandise and fixtures from store locations in delivery truckÂ
- Stocks storage areas and store floor displays with new or transferred merchandiseÂ
- Plans current and future methods of storage, identification, stock location and required spaceÂ
- Reviews stock control records for accuracy of information and stock levelsÂ
- Prepares periodic, special or perpetual inventory of stockÂ
- Complete merchandise transfers to other locations by sorting, packaging, and sendingÂ
- Assist floor staff with customers as needed and help locate the right merchandiseÂ

- Must be 18 years oldÂ
- High school diploma or GEDÂ
- Flexible work schedule (which may include nights, weekends, holidays and long hours) and regular attendance is necessaryÂ
- Some travel may be requiredÂ
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measureÂ
- Have knowledge of inventory software and order processing systemsÂ
- Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environmentÂ
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.Â

- Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistanceÂ
- Ability to stand for an extended period per shift and to continuously move around all areas of the store on a daily basisÂ

Title:Â Stock Associate
Salary or Pay Range: $14.00 - $16.50Â Â
The posted pay range reflects geographic market conditions and may vary by location. Compensation will always meet or exceed applicable local minimum wage requirements.
