Job DetailsJob Location: Sunset Hills Campus - St Louis, MO 63127Summary:  The Part-Time Production Coordinator helps create excellent, distraction-free environments where people can encounter Jesus. This role supports production operations for worship services and events while building, developing, and shepherding a thriving Production Dream Team. The Production Coordinator will serve as a hands-on leader in audio, lighting, and production, helping ensure services and events run with excellence. This position works closely with the Global Production & Tech Director and campus leadership to support production needs, develop volunteers, maintain equipment, and continually grow in technical skill and leadership. This is a flexible part-time opportunity. Scheduling can be tailored around the right candidate’s availability and the needs of the campus. Build positive relationships with Dream Team members, campus leadership, Worship & Production staff, and other ministry leaders through collaboration, servant leadership, and clear communication. Support production operations for worship services, events, and other campus environments, including audio, lighting, and related production systems. Serve as a hands-on production leader during assigned services and events, ensuring equipment and systems are operated safely, effectively, and with excellence. Operate, program, troubleshoot, and assist with the maintenance of production equipment, hardware, software, and systems. Help support production environments throughout the campus, including the main auditorium, Faith Kids, conference rooms, and other venues as needed. Train and encourage Dream Team members in the operation of production equipment and software, including audio consoles, lighting systems, and related technologies. Follow established production standards, procedures, and best practices for operation, maintenance, safety, and excellence. Partner with the Global Production & Tech Director and Production Team on equipment installations, system improvements, special projects, training, and other production needs. Identify and communicate production needs, equipment concerns, and opportunities for improvement. Assist with special events, services, installations, and production projects as needed. Maintain a servant-hearted, team-oriented approach while representing the mission and values of Faith Church. Demonstrate strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Be available to serve during weekend worship services, occasional evenings, special events, and other ministry opportunities based on the needs of the campus and the candidate’s agreed-upon schedule. Perform all other duties as assigned. QualificationsCompetencies A genuine desire to serve people and contribute to the mission of Faith Church. A teachable spirit and willingness to learn new equipment, technology, and production systems. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Dependability and the ability to follow through on assigned responsibilities. Ability to remain calm and troubleshoot effectively in a live production environment.   Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment (routinely uses standard office equipment) and auditorium setting in an audio booth and equipment.   Physical Demands Office time is mostly a sedentary role (stationary at desk and working on a computer); during services and events, must have high energy for multiple hour segments. Must be able to load in and load out speakers and equipment for portable campuses in a quick time frame.   Scheduling We recognize that great candidates may have school, another job, family responsibilities, or other commitments. Our goal is to build a flexible schedule around the availability of the right candidates while ensuring the production needs of the campus are covered.  Weekend worship services are an essential part of this role, with additional hours scheduled based on campus needs, special events, projects, and the candidate’s availability.   Travel Campus to campus local travel and occasional overnight trips will be expected for this position.   Preferred Education and Experience Previous church production experience is helpful but not required. Experience or demonstrated interest in live production, audio, lighting, video, or related technical fields.
