What You’ll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring an exceptional member experience.
- Drive branch growth through member acquisition, relationship development, and achievement of sales and service goals.
- Coach, develop, and motivate team members to reach their full potential.
- Promote a culture aligned with SCCU’s core values and commitment to member service.
- Monitor branch performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Represent SCCU within the community and participate in local events and relationship-building opportunities.
- Support special projects and organizational initiatives as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five or more years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Progressive leadership and management experience with a track record of developing teams.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to build relationships with members, employees, and community partners.
- Experience coaching employees to achieve sales and service goals.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers and business systems.
