The Role
Our internship program is more than a foot in the door—it’s a chance to take ownership from day one. Work alongside industry experts, contribute to real projects, and help build a more sustainable future from the inside out.
Schedule:Â
- Full-time, Monday–Friday; typical hours are approximately 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with some flexibility based on the role and location.

What You'll Do
As a CNG intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience while contributing to meaningful work within your team. While responsibilities will vary by role, you can expect to:
- Own or contribute to meaningful projects that support real business needs
- Work alongside experienced CNG employee owners and leaders
- Build relationships across teams and functions
- Develop professional and technical skills through hands-on experience
- Participate in CNG’s internship programming, development opportunities, and events
- Present your work and key learnings at the conclusion of your internship

Essential Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
- Ability to collaborate across all organizational levels
Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a relevant degree or related field based on role
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
