Maintenance Assistant - Variable Hours

About the Role

Mineral Community Hospital is looking for a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team! This position plays a key role in ensuring our hospital remains safe, functional, and comfortable for patients, residents, staff, and visitors. If you’re a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in quality work and teamwork, we’d love to meet you. This is a VARIABLE position. This means that your work hours can be between 15-40 hours per week depending on what projects are happening. 

What You’ll Do

• Routine lawn care
• Landscaping
• Painting
• Small side projects

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, often on ladders or in physically active conditions
