Physical Therapist Technician/Care Coordinator: Full-Time

Clinic Location: 13967 West Grand Avenue #100 Surprise, Arizona 85374

Salary: $15.50/hr-$17/hr

• Preparing patients for treatment, assisting with transfers and transportation. 
• Preparing equipment and treatment areas. 
• Cleaning treatment areas and maintaining a tidy gym environment. 
• Ensuring treatment areas are well stocked. 
• Efficiently setting up patients with modalities to ensure safety and comfort. 
• Front desk duties as asssigned

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or GED required. 
• Pre-physical therapy/allied health degree track preferred. 
• Background in health, wellness, or personal training preferred.
