Essential Functions:

  • Provides proper documentation with complete and accurate billing, time sheets and reporting documents within the required timelines.

  • Maintains & ensures the confidentiality of all member information in their possession and informs member’s Coordinator of any changes.

  • Encourages members to participate in community, household, and personal care tasks.

  • Provide companionship, personal care such as assistance with dressing, feeding, washing and toileting, as well as advice, encouragement, and emotional and psychological support.

Typical hours:

Able to work at least 2 days a week (Monday-Friday) between the hours of 3:00 and 7:00 p.m. This is typically a part-time job, with average hours between 5 and 15 a week. In some cases, full-time may be attainable if applicants have a very flexible schedule and are willing to commute longer distances to client homes. 

Highlighted below are our minimum requirements to get you started with HCBS.

  • 18 years of age or older

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Hold a valid Arizona Driver’s License (this position requires driving)

  • Have documentation of current registration and car insurance

  • Clean 39-month motor vehicle report

  • Ability to complete training programs and successfully pass associated tests

  • Must pass a background check and fingerprint clearance
