Job Description

We are looking for professionals committed to their growth and interested in long-term work in the industry as Maintenance Field Technicians in highly modernized facilities.

Main Responsibilities:

Perform regular maintenance on boiler room equipment.
Perform and report the results of water analysis at customer's site.
Troubleshoot and repair boiler room equipment.
Utilize water management, maintenance, and inspection reports.
Schedule regular maintenance with customer.
Create proposals for customer site improvements.
Create maintenance contract proposals and negotiate with customer.
Manage installation projects of boiler and water treatment equipment.
Adhere to and support all of the company's Safety Health and Environmental program.
Maintain parts and tool inventory on service vehicle.
Perform other tasks as required.

Working Conditions:

Maintenance Department. Service, inspect and repair all boilers. Schedule all boiler start-ups and inspections. Maintain and manage parts inventory in stock room or service vans. Provide excellent customer service and build customer trust.

Requirements

To be eligible for this position, a TN work visa for United States is required. Therefore, it is essential to meet the following requirements:

Be of Mexican nationality
Hold a university degree and professional license in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Possess a Mexican passport valid for at least 1 year
Have a valid Mexican driver’s license

3+ years work experience in field engineering, plant maintenance, machinery/engine repair, boiler installation or repair, steam systems, HVAC and/or controls
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions

Independence and maturity to live away from family for extended periods
Strong desire for personal and professional growth
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
A good level of English is required for this position

Compensation and benefits vary depending on your professional experience, English proficiency level, and the state where the client is located.

Hourly wage: between $18.00 and $27.00
