We are seeking a Personal Assistant to support senior sales leadership and the wider sales team with travel, expenses, event coordination, and day-to-day administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas)
  • Prepare and submit expense claims
  • Support sales events, client meetings, and internal workshops
  • Assist with presentation preparation and formatting
  • Maintain calendars, meetings, and coordination across the sales team
Key Requirements

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders or sales teams
  • Attention to detail, discretion, and a proactive mindset
  • Role based in Leatherhead, reporting into the Senior Director, Business Development and supporting the Sales Team.
