We're looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead operations at our location in Galesburg, United States. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee all aspects of store operations, manage a dedicated team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while driving business success. Oversee all shift operations and ensure smooth day-to-day business execution
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of employees with a supportive and motivational approach
Manage financial operations, including cash handling, money management, and budget accountability
Deliver outstanding customer service and foster a customer-focused culture throughout the organization
Handle customer interactions, answer phones, and take orders with professionalism and efficiency
Implement and maintain operational standards, including cleanliness and organization
Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve store performance
Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns with empathy and transparency
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Manage inventory and stock levels effectively
Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds, as needed
Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals and drive innovation
