Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families throughout New Hampshire.

The therapist will work with clients experiencing relationship difficulties, family conflict, emotional stress, and major life changes. The position includes conducting assessments, establishing treatment goals, providing therapy, and keeping clinical records current throughout the course of care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy through telehealth
  • Assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
  • Use therapeutic approaches suited to each client or family
  • Review client progress and update treatment goals when needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Recognize and address safety or risk concerns in accordance with established procedures
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
  • Active LMFT license in New Hampshire
  • Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
  • Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems
  • 2 weeks PTO
