Job DetailsJob Location: NRHC - Susanville, CA 96130Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $128,000.00 - $168,000.00 Salary/yearJob Category: Health CareFamily Nurse Practitioner – Walk-In Clinic | $50,000 Sign-On Bonus Northeastern Rural Health Clinics – Susanville, California Position Summary Northeastern Rural Health Clinics (NRHC) is seeking a full-time or part-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our walk-in clinic in Susanville, California. The FNP will provide outpatient care to patients across the lifespan for acute illnesses, minor injuries, and other non-emergency healthcare needs. Patients are seen without appointments, and daily volume varies based on walk-in demand. The walk-in clinic is open Monday through Saturday and closed on major holidays. Full-time providers may choose four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days. Schedules may include Saturdays. Providers rotate closing responsibilities. Part-time schedules may also be considered. There are no on-call responsibilities. Compensation and Benefits Full-time salary of $128,000–$168,000 $50,000 sign-on bonus, depending on eligibility Relocation assistance up to $10,000 40 hours of paid CME time annually $2,000 annual CME allowance Health and retirement benefits for eligible employees Paid time off and paid holidays Professional liability coverage Federal and state loan-repayment programs may be available About NRHC NRHC is a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center that has served Lassen County and the surrounding area for nearly 50 years.
