Job DetailsJob Location: NRHC - Susanville, CA 96130Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: Not SpecifiedSalary Range: $220,000.00 - $294,821.00 Salary/yearTravel Percentage: NegligibleJob Shift: AnyJob Category: Health CarePediatrician – Susanville | $100,000 Sign-On Bonus  Northeastern Rural Health Clinics – Susanville, California  Position Summary  Northeastern Rural Health Clinics (NRHC) is seeking a Pediatrician to provide dedicated pediatric care to children and families throughout Lassen County.  The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive outpatient care to infants, children, and adolescents, including well-child visits, developmental and behavioral screenings, immunizations, management of acute and chronic conditions, and guidance for parents and caregivers.  This is a full-time outpatient position with the option of a four-day or five-day workweek. There are no weekend clinic hours or on-call responsibilities.  Compensation and Benefits  Full-time salary of $220,000–$294,821  $100,000 sign-on bonus, depending on eligibility  Relocation assistance up to $10,000  40 hours of paid CME time annually  $2,000 annual CME allowance  Health and retirement benefits  Paid time off and paid holidays  Professional liability coverage  Federal and state loan-repayment programs may be available  About NRHC  NRHC is a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center that has served Lassen County and the surrounding area for nearly 50 years.
