Job DetailsJob Location: NRHC - Susanville, CA 96130Salary Range: $200,000.00 - $269,000.00 Salary/yearFamily Medicine Physician – Full-Time or Part-Time | $100,000 Sign-On Bonus Northeastern Rural Health Clinics – Susanville, California Position Summary Northeastern Rural Health Clinics (NRHC) is seeking a full-time or part-time Family Medicine physician to join our team in Susanville, California. This is an outpatient primary care position providing care to patients of all ages. The typical clinic volume is approximately 18 patients per full clinic day. Full-time physicians may choose between four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days. Part-time schedules may also be considered. Compensation and Benefits Full-time salary of $200,000–$269,000 $100,000 sign-on bonus, depending on eligibility Productivity incentive opportunities Relocation assistance up to $10,000 40 hours of paid CME time annually $2,000 annual CME allowance Health and retirement benefits for eligible employees Paid time off and paid holidays Professional liability coverage Eligibility for federal and state loan-repayment programs may be available About NRHC NRHC is a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center that has served Lassen County and the surrounding area for nearly 50 years. We are the largest provider of outpatient healthcare services in Lassen County, with clinics in Susanville and Westwood. The physician will work alongside NRHC providers and clinical staff to provide ongoing primary care to patients in the Susanville community.
