Job DetailsJob Location: NRHC - Susanville, CA 96130Salary Range: $128,000.00 - $168,000.00 Salary/yearPhysician Assistant – Primary Care | $50,000 Sign-On Bonus Northeastern Rural Health Clinics – Susanville, California Position Summary Northeastern Rural Health Clinics (NRHC) is seeking a full-time or part-time Physician Assistant to join our primary care team in Susanville, California. The PA will provide outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and treatment of common illnesses and injuries. Providers typically see approximately 18 patients per day. Full-time providers may choose four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days. Part-time schedules may also be considered. There are no weekend clinic hours or on-call responsibilities. Compensation and Benefits Full-time salary of $128,000–$168,000 $50,000 sign-on bonus, depending on eligibility Relocation assistance up to $10,000 40 hours of paid CME time annually $2,000 annual CME allowance Health and retirement benefits for eligible employees Paid time off and paid holidays Professional liability coverage Federal and state loan-repayment programs may be available About NRHC NRHC is a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center that has served Lassen County and the surrounding area for nearly 50 years.
