Job Summary

Join our team as a Manufacturing Operator II, where you will play a crucial role in the efficient production and assembly of our high-quality products. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, safety-focused environment committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Primary Duties

  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintain accurate production records to comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements and participating in lean manufacturing efforts.
  • Handle materials and products according to established procedures, maintaining attention to detail and minimizing waste.
  • Assist in training new operators and sharing best practices to promote a collaborative and inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated proficiency in operating manufacturing machinery and understanding of production processes.
  • Strong attention to detail with commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively within a diverse workplace.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety guidelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience utilizing computerized systems for production tracking and reporting is a plus.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.

Education / Experience

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly valued. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to support skill development and ensure successful integration into the production team.

The US base rate for this full-time position is 22.5. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific facts and circumstances of each role and candidate.
