Job DetailsJob Location: Suttons Bay, MI 49682Salary Range: $20.00 HourlyPURPOSE: Perform duties related to the production of wine at one of two winery locations PAY RATE: Based on experience, with base starting at $20/hr CLASS: Hourly, full-time, seasonal HOURS: 35-40 hours/week, with overtime required during harvest RESPONSIBILITY: Assist in all aspects of winery production during grape harvest REPORTING TO: Winery manager/production winemaker EXPECTATIONS Able to follow work orders and ask for help and/or clarification when needed General interest in wine and its processes of production Help maintain a clean and organized work environment Willing to work as part of a team as a priority Flexibility in day-to-day activities, with emphasis on critical tasks in the moment * Please note, this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required for this job. QualificationsREQUIREMENTS Must be at least 18 years of age Proficiency in English Good communication, reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills Must be reliable, self-motivated, willing to learn and improve, have a positive attitude and possess a good work ethic Ability to move and/or lift 40lbs safely Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time
