Job DetailsJob Location: Suwanee - Suwanee, GA 30024Position Type: Full TimeTravel Percentage: NoneJob Shift: DayJob Category: Customer ServiceThe Account Representative - Production is responsible for maintaining positive and professional working relationships with assigned builder accounts; remains in constant contact with internal and external customers to facilitate flooring installs for homes under construction.  This position reports to the Account Manager.  Candidates for this position should thrive on meeting constant deadlines, multi-tasking and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.  Knowledge of the flooring industry is not a requirement but highly preferred.   RESPONSIBILITIES: Receive, process and schedule all new flooring installs for assigned accounts; includes deciphering customer design selections and reconciling purchase orders for products chosen for install Key work orders with high level of accuracy, providing all install related products, labor and notes for flooring installers Heavy internal & external communication; responses required in a timely manner with ability to constantly re-prioritize task lists Access and organize online portals as necessary per customer requirements Ability to work as a team, including willingness to engage in continued training as recommended by management Maintain open order reports weekly, requiring follow up with customer for requested purchase orders and revisions   BENEFITS: Bi-weekly payroll via direct deposit Eligible to participate in group health, dental & vision insurance plans after 60 days full-time employment Supplemental life, accident, cancer and short-term disability insurance available after 60 days full-time employment Retirement Plans: Employee Stock Ownership Plan and 401(K) with match Paid Time Off (PTO) from first day of employment Qualifications  Strong organizational skills High attention to detail Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel Self-starter Positive attitude Team player Strong mathematical aptitude
