Job DetailsJob Location: Suwanee - Suwanee, GA 30024Position Type: Full TimeTravel Percentage: NoneJob Shift: DayJob Category: Customer ServiceThe Warranty and Repair Account Representative is responsible for maintaining positive working relationships with all assigned Builder or homeowner accounts to meet any warranty, contractual, or approved customer service retention needs. He/She will remain in constant communication with our external customers in the field, as well as our internal customers in the office and in the field.  A keen attention to admin detail is required and the candidate must be one who is comfortable providing frequent follow-up between all points of customer contact.  A strong passion for meeting customer service  deadlines is required as he/she must ensure that all administrative work is entered accurately and on time per the assigned builders' requested installation dates.  Knowledge of the flooring industry is not required but is preferred.   RESPONSIBILITIES: The ability to read builder specifications and to multi-task and maintain accuracy during data entry is critical.  Specific skills required include data management, mathematical computation, and analysis and communication skills  Able to to learn and adapt to various flooring specific software platforms Respond to customer concerns regarding warranty issues, repairs, and material Resolve problems that arise during or after installation  Monitor and track all orders to ensure accuracy, completion, job costing and billing Provide feedback to resolve discrepancies and eliminate order processing errors BENEFITS: Bi-weekly payroll via direct deposit Eligible to participate in group health, dental & vision insurance plans after 60 days full-time employment Supplemental life, accident, cancer and short-term disability insurance available after 60 days full-time employment Retirement Plans: Employee Stock Ownership Plan and 401(K) with match Paid Time Off (PTO) from first day of employment QualificationsQualifications Strong organizational, customer service and administrative skills High attention to detail Ability to multi-task in fast-paced customer service environment Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel and other administrative software Self-starter Positive attitude Team player Strong mathematical aptitude Prior Flooring Background or RFMS software experience preferred but not required
