Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads to create new business opportunities.
- Provide superior customer service by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate insurance products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients by consistent follow-ups and service delivery.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and company targets.
- Stay informed about insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to best serve clients.
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Proven sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
