QA/QC & Safety Supervisor (Full-time Salary, 100% Travel))

Compensation: $30.00 – $60.00 per hour equivalent (salary basis; adjusted based on experience)

* Position Overview

PROCON E&C GA, Inc. is seeking motivated and reliable Full-Time QA/QC & Safety Supervisor(Exempt) to join our team. This position requires nationwide travel and on-site presence at company project locations.

This role is classified as Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) based on its administrative and professional duties. Overtime pay is not provided; however, employees who perform weekend work will accrue Vacation Hours equal to the weekend hours worked. This accrual is a voluntary benefit available only to exempt employees and is not considered compensatory time for overtime.

* Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance & Quality Control: Monitor and inspect project activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, standards, and client requirements.
• Subcontractor Oversight: Support supervision of subcontractors to ensure adherence to project schedules and safety protocols.
• Problem-Solving: Collaborate with engineers and managers to resolve technical and safety issues at the jobsite.
  
• Travel & Flexibility: Work at multiple project sites nationwide, including extended hours and weekends when required.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare QA/QC reports, maintain safety logs, and communicate findings to project managers.
• Safety Supervision: Oversee site safety compliance, conduct safety audits, and enforce OSHA and company standards.

* Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: Equivalent to $30.00 – $60.00 per hour (salary basis; final rate determined by experience), Bi-weekly payroll.
• Weekend Work: Vacation Hours accrued equal to weekend hours worked (Exempt Benefit Only).

• Health Insurance: Eligible after 60 days of continuous full-time employment.
• Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrued for vacation and sick leave in accordance with company policy.
• Vacation Accrual: Standard PTO plus additional vacation hours accrued for weekend work.

    fuel reimbursement only for project commuting.
• Airfare/Travel: Company-covered travel between home and project sites (economy class, booked in advance per company policy).

* Requirements

• Ability to work full-time with flexibility for extended hours and weekend assignments.
• Willingness and ability to travel 100% within the United States for project assignments.
• Must pass background check, E-Verify employment authorization, and drug screening prior to assignment.
• Construction or industrial site experience strongly preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork.
• OSHA-30 certification preferred.
• Korean language proficiency is a strong plus.

• 문제 해결: 엔지니어 및 매니저와 협력하여 현장 기술 및 안전 문제 해결 지원
• 출장 및 유연성: 전국 프로젝트 현장 근무, 필요 시 연장 및 주말 근무 수행

• 미국 내 100% 출장 가능자
• QA/QC 및 현장 안전관리 경험 및 역량 보유자
• 건설/산업/엔지니어링 프로젝트 현장 경험자 우대
• OSHA-30 자격증 필수 (또는 입사 후 60일 이내 취득)
